Filing Annual Return :-

Every LLP is required to file Annual Return in Form 11 to the Registrar within 60 days from the closure of financial year i.e. the Annual Returns has to be filed on or before 30th May every year. Filing all the forms with Roc is also called as LLP Annual Compliance. Just like companies have to make their annual filing by filing their form MGT 7 & Form AOC 4 hence the same way LLP make their annual FIling by making Annual Return in form 11

Filing Annual Accounts or Statement of Accounts or P&L and Balance Sheet:-

​Every LLP have to close their accounts until the 31st March every year. LLP Form 8 has to be filed with the Registrar on or before 30th October every year.

​The Following are the Returns to be filed by an LLP for the year ended 31.03.2019.

A. Last date for filing of LLP Forms:-

1. Annual Return (Form 11) 30^th May Every Year
2. Accounts (Form 8) 30^th October Every Year
3. Income Tax Return
4. In case Audit is not required 31^st July Every Year
5. In Case Audit is required 30^th September Every Year
